I've tried tmpgenc, bbmpeg, vcdcutter, powervcr II, and m2 edit. Out of all of the tmpgenc is the only one that was alright, but I still lose 10 seconds of audio prior to the cut. The rest wether they mess up the video playback or put audio out of sync. Can anyone tell me the fastest and most reliable mpeg2 cutter out there?
