  1. yeah, i downloaded something, but it's pal. do i need to do something first, before i encode and burn? or will encoding do it automatically?

  2. TMPGEnc will do framerate conversion but the playback may stutter in afew places, not a great deal but a little.

    If you want a better method of framerate conversion that although having a few extra steps (and apps) involved there are links to guides on this site or mail me for my text only document that explains all.

    TMPGEnc will convert it to NTSC anyway, but does your DVD/TV play PAL ? If it does then you can just use it as it is.
