filter: noise reduction settins, help please

it says something about -

"Also their is a "high quality" box just under the 3 settings-- make sure you check this off to give it that extra boost for your picture. AND make sure the "enable filter" box is checked as well"

when it said make sure you check this off for the "high quality box"

does he mean to check the box or just to leave the box
