  1. what a good program for checkin the fps on an .avi??ive tried media encoder which is suggested here but it keeps showing "no statitics available". When i play the .avi file the frames are super fast looks like everyone is in fast forward??

  2. in windows media player click VIEW-Statistics. It will show the current frame rate.

  4. Open the file in virtualdub and click on file-file information

    Right click on the avi and go to properties the details, it gives basic information on the Video and Audio configuration.
