  1. Has anyone gotten the Panasonic Mpeg Encoder Plug In to work with Flask? I have tried many times and renamed it exactly as people state but it never show up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try DVDx with the pansonoc plugin and it works great.
You dont need to rename it for DVDx.

The best DVDx version is 1.7 it has the best resizing routines, DVDx2.0 is only good for speed but not for quality.

You must only, install the panasonic encoder in the same directory where DVDx is.
Then load the plugin ,in the outputsettings fron DVDx.

    That was it

  8. Um, I've got the Panasonic encoder plugin and it works just fine with Flask...

If you don't have Adobe Premiere installed, you will need to create a "dummy" Adobe plug-in directory for the installer.
