I want a sound file that was intended for 25 fps to be multiplexed with a 23,976 fps movie without the sound going out of sync, how can I do this??

Extract your sound file as wav then remux it to the 23.97 fps file.
I'm assuming both the 25fps & 23.97fps movies have the same exact running times. As long as the wav file and the 23.97fps file have the same running time, they should mux in sync. -
It sounds like extracting you audio is the only way to have audio sync. Is this true?
