  1. I want a sound file that was intended for 25 fps to be multiplexed with a 23,976 fps movie without the sound going out of sync, how can I do this??

  2. Extract your sound file as wav then remux it to the 23.97 fps file.

    I'm assuming both the 25fps & 23.97fps movies have the same exact running times. As long as the wav file and the 23.97fps file have the same running time, they should mux in sync.

  3. It sounds like extracting you audio is the only way to have audio sync. Is this true?

    There may be other (maybe better) ways. This was just the method I would currently use.
