DTS to AVI

ive searhed the whole forum and i cant come up with a conslusive or direct answer if u can convert DTS audio to WAVE.. i know u can rip it with DVD2AVI 1.7.7.3 but thats about it what do i do next.. hope someone can help..

Ok - so you have your DTS output in wav format - what do YOU want to do with it ! Do you wish to make a VCD and mux the WAV with an MPG ?
If you don't tell us what you're trying to do we can't help you !

well i tought what i wrote is clear.... anyways what i wanted to do is i just wanted to convert DTS to WAVE or any other audio format so i can use it for MPEG... it seems that there isnt any coz ive searched other sites too and there's clearly none yet so far... thx

i dont think there is any easy way of doing it - you will have to record it in real time i guess as you play the file local... helps to have a good 6 channel sound card and a multitracker editor.

it will encode it and play back the file -- but not convert it back to wav.
