OK, I captured some video using WinCoder in the VCD format. I then used Easy CD Creator to make a VCD and it verified that the file was indeed the prper format. I then tried it in WinDVD and it worked fine. I then tried it in my Toshiba DVD which is suppose to play VCD's and it said Disc Error.
Did I miss a step or something?
Is there a brand of CD's I need to work in a DVD player as I know some music Cd's won't work in some stereo's so I am wondering if that would be the problem. The CD's I used had a greenish backing.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Look up your Toshiba player here:
http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdplayers.php

Turns out my DVD is picky and can only read certain types so that helped alot!Not only am I perfect but I'm Canadian too!
