  1. Hey all. I am new to this so bear with me. I am able to rip a dvd file and a seperate 6 channel audio track with smartripper. I know that I need to join these back together and hope they are in synch.
    1. What is the best ( easiest to use) program for doing this?
    2. I want to burn the disc and kep the 5.1 digital stream. I believe that most convert this to 2 channel ac-3.
I think reeldvd can do this but I cannot afford it. Any hints will be appreciated. Thanks

if you are just going to use the video and audio and author then into a dvd setup then i use scenarist, you didn't mention if you wanted subpictures or not, but if so then you need to rip them from the original vob's
