I wanna use direct connect, but I can't meet those huge minimum shares, I only have a 20 gig hdd and I use it for captures to. I share my captures when possible.

Just share your Windows directory. It alone should be more than enough to get into any direct connect channel seeing how it takes 99.9% of HD space.
