What is this format, and how can I convert it in order to make a VCD. It is the format of Jurassic Park on my computer.

1) . 2) scr 3).avi

1) the "." is just used as a separator in the title of the movie
2) "scr" means the movie is a screener
3) the ".avi" is the actual file extension. It's an avi.

To convert it, look to your left in the green and you'll find a tutorial on converting avi files to mpg (VCD).
