    I have installed the latest version of tmpgenc , but when i try to open a mpeg2 file(from a svcd) it says it is unsupported?? it plays ok in mediaplayer but wont open in tmpgenc ?? any ideas thanks

    install or in your case re-install a mpeg2 codec .. Nimo Codecs Pack or install windvd or powerdvd
