    Hey,

    Maybe there is something like this out there already, but why not create a program that does the conversion of .avi files to svcd, vcd on itself, instead of having to use multiple programs. An example of what I am talking about can be found at http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvd2svcd.htm.

    And I believe there is an avi2vcd program, but I've heard it sucks.
