    8) Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to create a VCD with the proper settings (The best quality you can get out of it) from start to finish (burning onto cd-r). It doesn't have to be too detailed. I'm sure many of you could do this in you sleep....so help a guy out!
    I'd really appreciate it!

    I'm trying to convert an .avi file to be compatible for VCD.

    I'm using TMPGEnc plus 2.5 and Nero.

    um... if you havnt noticed, this whole site is about vcds (and svcds, xvcds, dvds, etc.)

    you need to look in the how to section... itll tell you everything you need to know.
