I have tried to use TMPGEnc and Virtual Dub, on two different movies. neither will work. TMPGEnc says(can't load "P3Package.dll"). That movie is (The last castle). and on the other movie TMPGEnc says(cannot open, or unsupported).That movie was(Harts war). I have been making VCD's for about a year now and only run across this problem rarely. please help me.
