I do not have a dvd player, but a friend of mine does. So I make svcd's to watch at his house. Problem - we've never gotten one to work 100%. What always happens is that you put the svcd in, it reads it, it reckognizes it, the menu will come up, it gives you your options and whatnot. So we hit play. Then suddenly it jumps 46 minutes into the movie. If you hit play and try to "rewind" it just hits the 46 and some odd second mark and stops as if that were the very beginning. This same thing has happened with about 6 different titles, and we've never had any other outcome. I use Nero, click file, burn image, select the .bin file, set the options according to the .cue, and burn. I use disc-at-once when I burn. It would really be great if we could get this figured out. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks
(The dvd player we are using is the Samsung DVD P241 I believe.)

Maybe somebody's made some headway on this problem. I have the same problem so far. I've just gotten at Samsung S222 and the first thing I put in it jumps to around the 47 minute mark to play. I was able to seek backward by timecode, a feature of my dvd player, but not by just rewinding. Rewinding would make the disc stick at 47 minutes, like it's the beginning of the disk. Anybody have any ideas out there? Strictly a Samsung thing?
