Scooby Doo svcd to vcd problems converting

Hi i have scooby doo which i downloaded as a svcd, i want to convert it to vcd but i can not do it. Iam pretty godd when i come to converting but this has my stumped.
I have tried every thing.

use flashmpeg to convert,i could only convert cd1 from svcd to vcd using tmpge.......

I say use TMPGEnc and follow the wizard it won't take any longer than an hour.

Only an hour? Not unless he uses fastest quality (poor) and has a fast computer.

Copy the SVCD MPG file to your Hard Drive (if you have it in BIN format use CDMage and extract the MPG from there or use VCD Gear). Load up the MPG into TMPGEnc, load up the VCD template (don't use the wizard). Goto Settings, change quality to High or Highest. Start encoding. Repeat for disc 2.
