What's the best software for watching TV with a tv tuner?
I don't like the ATI stuff that came with the card.

Try DScaler which used to be know as dTV, has a great way of deinterlacing the picture so you don't pick up those interlacing artifacts that are common place with TV Tuner's and being viewed on computer monitors at high resolutions.
