    Looking for some help!!!

    Seem to have a problem, cant seem to play vcds in my normal dvd player!!!

    It is an Alba DVD113 and it states VCDs can be played!!! This isnt happening!!!

    seen something about regions as well, has there got to be a certain region for different countries!!!

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    Can your player read CDR and CDRW ???

    Perhaps this is your prob.
    Several payers state that they can read VCD, but they cannot read any CDR ...

    sadly this player cant play vcd's off cdr!!! or cdrw like the older dvd 103 could. If U can take it back to wherever U got it & get a cyberhome player from whsmiths or richersounds or get a dansia from tesco's or the cheaper shneider player from asda... These players do exactly what U want.
