Im trying to rip Mean Machine dvd to vcd but every time i encode it the picture seems jittery.

DVD2AVI says that the dvd is 20fps,i sure dvds r more than that.
Rat Race is 20fps aswell,and i need to rip that as i have to take it back to blockbusters.

sure that the jittery ness is because its 20fps and when encoding it tmpgenc u cant selcet 20fps.

Could someone help me out please....
