    Can anyone please tell me which program will let me convert 12.5 frames 14.9 frames 20.0 frames to there correct frame aspect of either 25fps or 29fps i have tried TMPGEnc 12i but this does not add the extra frames required will any of the other software work and convert them properly.

    Any sort of reply Much Appreciated.

    Let me do some brainstorming here...
    You want to replace disgarded frames - from where? I am afraid they lost forever...
    You want to duplicate frames - that would work (look into AVISynth?).
