when converting a 150mb avi file to mpeg in tmpgenc i keep getting a message saying that drive c is out of room hardrive is full and stops converting. but i can assure you that i still have 10gb available when it says this. has anyone had similar problems and know how to fix this? thanks

This is an I/O error, so it could be reporting it wrong
Try scanning your AVI for junk frames in Vdub

I;ve also had a problem where it showed C drive being full.
Because i do so much moving around and converting of files I regularly do a Disk Scan and it usually frees up quite a bit of space (even although the C capacity is showing as available in My Computer)."Today is only yesterdays tomorrow"
