cannot fast forward svcd

I am using TMPGEnc to encode, and once it finishes, i burn it with nero. it plays fine, but u cannot fast forward/rewind. Powerdvd cannot fastforward either

This is a known issue with using Nero to burn SVCD's with most DVD players. I use VCD easy to burn my SVCD's and they play as they should! You do have to first make the SVCD into a bin/clue file using VCDEasy before you can burn it. It takes like 2-3 min or so no big deal. There maybe other burning programs that are also better then Nero for SVCD but VCDeasy is free and avilable here! Nero is my program of choice for VCD's.
