I'm capturing stuff off DTV at 720x480. When I convert to SVCD, on fast motion scenes, there are these funky looking "macroblocks"? For instance....when the chicks tits are shaking back and forth quickly, her skin looks weird......is that a macroblock? What's the best way to get rid of that affect on SVCDs or is it pretty much tough sh*t? I capture the video to uncompressed AVI and then convert to SVCD with TMPGEnc.
