  1. Obviously I'm a Semi-Newbie. I've done my share of Divx Encoding and VCD making, but this is something I've never had to do before.

I've captured good VCD compatible MPEG video from a camcorder using the ATI TV Wonder VE. Of course the sound is just mono. How can I quickly duplicate the right channel to the left channel?

I know how to separate the wav file from the video and then I could use a wav editor to duplicate the channel and then insert it pack into the video.

However that would take a lot of time.

I have Adobe Premire and MGI VideoWave 4.

If this can be done in either of those programs that would be great, or any links to free programs that can do it would be good too.

  2. Premiere lets you duplicate the left or right audio channel.

Under the CLIP tab select AUDIO OPTIONS. Then choose either DUPLICATE LEFT or DUPLICATE RIGHT.
