nero problems

i have just tryed converting a divx/avi movie to mpeg with tmpgenc , it seems to have worked well i tried a quick sample and the mpeg file it created plays back ok. i then tryed to burn it to a disc using nero i followed all the guides , everything goes ok until i actually come to burn it it sayes :CURRENT COMMAND ABORTED

COULD NOT PERFORM DISC AT ONCE

BURN PROCESS FAILED AT 8X

INVALID FIELD IN PERAMETER

any ideas anyone . it would greatly appreciated. i am so close lol

p.s. i can still burn data without any problems

You used DAO (Disk at once) does your writer support it ?, try TAO (Track at once)

thanks for the reply . i tried what you said but still got no joy.it went a little bit further though it said the medium was not writable but it is ! then it carried on burning then it stopped at 4% and gave me the perameter fault again

When you used TMPGEnc did you load a PAL/NTSC VCD template ?

i couldnt remember if i did lol. So i tried a few minute sampler. i loaded ntsc as i know the avi is 29.970fps as i checked with gspot, and the audio is wma it all loads up ok but when i start encoding i got an error message
"STREAM WRITING ERROR" but if you click start again it encodes without any problems or it seems to.
