It is hard to say if Microsoft is genuine of anonymity. I don't usually send out the error reports anyway. I may allow it or may not.

I do get errors every now and then with IE6 and its tools. Very annoying, WinXP isn't perfect and my system gets back to normal automatically and occasionally I need to re-boot the computer to correct the errors.

Some of those errors were due to computer overload, especially during startup time with programs running for updates. IE6 just won't load, this was one of errors I've experienced and this was resolved by turning off the auto updates at start up.
