    Ok how do i change the frame rate for a 10fps to 29.97fps and when i tried it, it went out of sync and the frames were going way faster than audio so what can i do? I have some simpsons episodes some 10fps, 14.97, 24.00, and 29.97 how do i make them all vcd ready cause i want to add menus and chapters so can you help me out?
