Copy a DVD with a DVD Burner

It's possible simply to copy a DVD with some tool with a DVD burner?.

If you're copying a single layer unencrypted disk, it can be copied, although I don't know what you mean by "same tool". Pioneer's DVR-A03 drive comes with PrimoDVD (for Windows) which will properly write a DVD-R/RW for video use -- just make it write a data disk and add the video title set directory.
