DVDx 2.0 not freeware anymore??

Hey. I had a problem yesterday. I tried to convert a DVD movie to VCD using DVDx 2.0 as server and TMPGEnc. When i hit "Encode" in dvdx, the pop up window that always come, now say that i have to "donate" money. I ignored this and continued, and I opened tmpgenc, and when i tried to open the .avs file, it said that Ips bad instrucction or something like that. and it didnt recognized the audio source, only video. It never happened before.
HELP!!!
Do I have to pay for it??? or what can i do...

Almost the same thing also happens to me.

I also get the donate window. I simply add the values and click Go!

When I click on TMPGenc to browse for the Video Source, DVDx generates an error on my win2k.

I dunno what is wrong. I just hope to be able to do a DVD to VCD conversion without the added space cost but with good quality results.
