  1. Hi there ,
I have been using DVD2SVCD since a couple of weeks with CCE 2.5 with no problems at all but now I found some problems in converting to SVCD some DVDs . (not with all)

It doesn't play well (scenes not fluid - it seems like a bitrate problem) while it is OK playing it on the PC .

Someone has an idea of what the problem could be ?

    Thanks
    Alessandro

  2. Hiya,

are you ripping DVD's with a different format than before?
eg: Ntsc Pal Forced Film Hybrid ??

One way to tell is by running DVD2AVI (it is in the DVD2SVCD folder)
and loading the ripped VOB's. By pressing F5 you can get a preview
of the film plus see what "kind" of film it is.

  3. Thanks . I've checked the video format and it was interlaced . So I just tried to specify "smart deinterlace" in DVD2SVCD and it worked fine then.
