    Hello,

    Does anyone know if Stinky's Reg Tool (for MMC 7.5 and 7.6) is also usable for the latest MMC 7.7 ?

    Yes. It works fine. So does the disablemacrovision file.

    I beg to differ, somewhat. I've tried using Stinky's Standard VCD preset applied to one of my settings and the resulting mpg can't be opened in the file player. I have MyFlix 3.x for editing, and it opens it but with an error. However, if all I do is change the bit rate with the tool, everything is fine.

    Anyone else notice this? Are there plans for a 7.7 release for the MMC Reg Tool?

    Or maybe it really doesn't work on my PC and I just THINK it does. Well... as long as I THINK it works and I don't have any problems we'll attribute it ignorance. This must be heaven!
