I'm trying to make a VCD with TMPGE and VCDeasy with a japanese video file for the source which, I believe, has been encoded in a PAL format. The trouble I'm having is that the subtitles are being chopped off the bottom of the screen and the image is too wide when I display it on a tv screen. If anyone has had any experience with this or knows the best way to remedy this problem, I would appreciate their help. Thanks.

Did you read the readme file, you must manuly remove the first lines in the .sub file including[LIST] so only the "list" remains.
