  1. When i use Virtual Dub so that i can save the audio as a separate file from the video i sometimes get a message saying that there will be a certain amount of SKEW And that i neew to decompress the whole WAV file and recompress at a certain bitrate ! Any body had this or knows some software that i can use for this ??

  2. This problem hasn't happened to me, but you can use CoolEditPro to encode at various bitrates. CoolEditPro is not a free programme, but I'm sure hunting a little will find you a copy.

  3. Dont worry about it. I get that everytime i convert a Star Trek TOS (divx avi) episode to vcd..When I rip the audio i get that message. I just save as uncompressed wav, 44hz 16bit stereo. Then I load the video up in tmpgenc, select my wav as audio source, load the default videocd(ntsc) template and it comes out perfect everytime and plays great on my apex ad-660..No sync problems at all..Hope this helps, good luck.
