I have just successfully created a presentation that consists of four video segments and burned it to a DVD-R disk… The disk works 100%. Ulead Studio 5 created the video segments (DVD NTSC 720x480 29.6 frames/sec) and was authored using Ulead DVD MovieFactory. The real goal of this assignment is to create a disk to be played in Europe (Italy to be specific). I re-rendered my segments (DVD-PAL ) and created my Presentation using the segments saved in that format. Besides being surprised that this PAL version ran successfully on my NTSC player (I assume now that there is only one standard for MPEG2), my question is will this disk run on a European DVD player?![]()

I have burned NTSC content to a DVD and sent it overseas to a friend in Germany and it played on their PAL player no problem.
