I'm relatively newbie in this stuff of conversion.
I have a Divx movie 16:9 ratio and I would like to convert it to VCD in a 4:3 ratio. I'll use virtual Dub to extract the wav file. Can someone tell me what arte the best conficuration in TMPGEnc to convert from 16:9 to 4:3 without distortion?
