  3. I have the same problems with my new Toshiba DVD player (SD222E). DVDs and VCDs work fine, but all my SVCDs have a constant Audio delay of about 500ms (I haven't measured it exactly). Played back on the PC, there is no sync problem.

  5. Hi!
If you are using DVD2svcd to create your svcd then you might wanna try to set the movie offset seconds to 0.
You can fint it in the tab bbMPEg in DVD2svcd.

  6. thanx for your replies. I am going to try setting movie offset to 0 and also try different media cdr's on my dvd player which is a JNL Digivision. I'll let u know how it goes.
Also i forgot to mention that only the first cd is out of sync on my DVD player and the 2nd cd is perfect for some strange reason.

  7. Hi, i have the exact same problem.
in my case, all the disks were out of sync.
during playback on my APEX dvd player, it's in sync if i playback straight thru, but will be out of sync if I forward or rewind.
the movie plays perfectly fine on PC.

The SVCD disks using DVDx have this problem. Then i switched to DVD2SVCD, then it's fine.

Any ideas on why this happen and how to fix it?

    Thanks,
