    WHAT IS THE BEST ASPECT RATIO TO ENCODE A VCD IN USING TMPGEnc? IS IT 1:1, 4:3, OR 16:9? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

    a quick answer. The best aspect ratio setting correspond to your TV format. Short said, if you have a 4:3 TV, set 4:3.
