DVD2SVCD audio out of sync - A trailer before the movie

Hi,
The movie Dr. Strangelove(S.Kubrick) has a Warner's trailer (5 seconds) before the start of the movie. I'm using DVD2SVCD 'cause the easy way to put the subtitles and I know that this is one of the causes(trailer in different track, but in the same VOB) of audio sync problem.
Someone know how to avoid this trailer(audio out of sync)?

After 7 times, it works!
The VOBs were extracted with Smartripper, and the first track was a trailer(track2 - trailer, track3 -chappters 1-39 -> movie).
With 12GB free in other drive, DVD2SVCD with extract the VOBs option enabled and first chapper unselected, the result was: A GREAT BACKUP!
