  1. Hi all, great site.

    I have just bought The Time Machine and would like to put it on Disc.
    I am trying to convert it from Region 1 to Region 2 can anyone help me on how to do this as i have tried everything i know.

  2. Just make it region free when you rip it with smart ripper/ dvd decrypter etc then it will play on all machines

    I did try that but got big lines going acroos the screen, would changing the frame rate sort this? or anything else

  4. For all intents and purposes, region 1 is NTSC, region 2 is PAL, and it is likely that the disks follow suit. While your PC can correctly play a rip of either, your DVD player and TV might not, unless they are both dual standard. Ripping should make the rip regionless, but there are still the broadcast standards to deal with.
