    I need to convert from divx to mpg, i have tryd Tmpgenc, but there is no audio, can anyone give me some advice, what program I can use to converte easy.

    Have you read the how to convert section on this site. It explains how to convert from divx to vcd. If it is a divx the audio has probrably been compressed and needs to be saved as an uncompressed pcm wav file.
