When I encode from AVI to MPEG1 using either avi2vcd or TMPGEnc I get a little logo consisting of a grid of small gray squares, three high by three wide. The top right square has a dot in it. I suspect that at some point I downloaded a demo version of an encoder, then uninstalled it. But some spurious code must be still on my system. Does anyone know what company has that logo? I?d like to contact them for instructions on getting rid of their logo. Thanks.

I think what you see is not a logo from the encoder but from your mpeg2-Player !
