I have downloaded 3 vcd movies now and I have used winrar to extract into a .Bin file I then extract using WINiso and i get a bunch of folders named CDI, MPEG, VCD, EXT, SEGMENT.. I open up the MPEGAV and i play the AVSEQ01 file with Powerdvd and thats when i get the Green Fuzzy Crackly Noise.
