    Everywhere...

    ...any machine. Region 0 (and in some cases Region 9) means Region Free. Any DVD encoded as Region 0 will play on any DVD player anywhere in the world (barring NTSC/PAL incompatibilities, of course). HK DVDs or pornos are almost always Region 0, Region Free. Yes, your PC will play Region 0 DVDs without fouling up your system's region setting.
