.mov to mpeg converting

Hello,

I have some .mov movies my friend made and sent to me. I would like to burn as VCD, but nero wont let me. How can i convert .mov to mpeg? I downloaded a converter of like AVI but it doesnt support .mov

He used a digital camera to take the videos.

QuickTimeReader and extract QTReader.vfp to your TMPGEnc folder.
Load the VCD template and start encoding!
This is the best way to do mov>mpg convertion and gives incredible results if you have good mov files

thanks, ill try it out. Also, can i burn a VCD on a RW? That way i can erase it, or add to it?
