i was wantin to see how many views i could get with that subject, but for my question, in the tmpg program, i went to (mpeg) settings and at the bottom i have this option/tab thing that says motion search precision, and you can change the quality, i was wonderin if this was the picture quality for the movies..if so i want it higher, and what else is a key factor in better quality picture, thanks for your time

You can read the TMPG explanation here on the site. I forget the URL
The quality of your output depends on the quality of your source. With a high quality source like a dvd, the higher the bit rate of your output, the more it looks like your soure.
