I used rempeg2 to remux my m2v file back to vobs but there isn't any vts_01_0.vob. Do I need this inorder for it to play on a stand alone? If I do need it, do I use the original or do I create a dummy one and how. I stripped all streams out so all I have now is the movie in english.

I found out I don't need the "0" vob to play on my stand-alone but I've got probs with frame freezing and won't start up except if I fast forward but then it freezes up again at same other locations throughout the movie. I will look at other threads that I noticed discussing this same problem when using rempeg2 and ifoedit. It's not a cheap media issue because it's a different symptom and my media has worked on all other full burns fine.
