I have a JVC XV-S300BK/XV-302SL, it will not play music videos on music cds,is there a way i can convert them to play on my dvd player,it supports svcd,vcd,and audio cds.

Didn't you ask this in another post? Anyway, the video on your CD-Extra disc is meant to be played on a PC. It is likely either a MOV or an AVI file. Standalone DVD players do not support either format, likely they will only play the audio on your CD-Extra. Check out HOW TO | CONVERT... in the green menu bar to the left to learn how to make these videos playable as MPEG-1 on a burned VCD.
