here is my situation i have kazaa lite live in australian and have telstra for an isp. I don't know hwo to share files which is why i have download speeds of 0.5kb/sec and when i am off the computer and off line speeds of aobut 0.001kb/sec. I don't know how to share files i have many files in my shared folder except kazaa still says i am sharing no files. I also can't access the "my kazaa" section but when i go to my kazaa it says i have 52000 media files except when i click on all or any part in my kazaa it just says kazaa isn't responding and it won't load and i can't access it any more without exceting and starting up again only to find the same thing happen over and over. I also can't check which files on my computer can be used as a shared file because when i try to access that section of kazaa it just freezes. can anyone please help me!!!!!!???????

try uninstalling it and then install it again, because file sharing programs let you set the files to be shared when they are installed. if kazaa still gives you problems, try another file sharing service like www.winmx.com or www.grokster.com they are probably better than kazaa anyway.

At your d/l speeds I would rather draw the movie and make a flip book.
Sorry that wasn't me. The program will share by default unless you purposely choose not to. -
Choose not to and then set it up in the options later........
52000 files is a lot for anything to handle.
I reckon its sharing your complete harddrive there.........
System files and all......... -

Before you run Kazaa Lite, you must first run "pseudotr.exe" PseudoTrack should be configured for all your settings, including your shared folders. Older Grokster,Kazaa should be uninstalled and Ad aware used to remove any spyware "Before" installing Kazaa Lite 1.72e... -

If nothing else works, try using kazaa instead of kazaalite. As far as not sharing files and having lower transfer rates goes, I think the discerning kazaa user who sees that you are getting decent uploads off him will check to see what you have, so he can get good download speeds off of you. If he find you're sharing nothing, he'll disconect you. That probably isn't the case for you, though; I'd personally never bother checking what anyone who was uploading at .5 kbps from me was sharing.
