  1. If you have a dreamcast then you do to. Learned about how easy it is. www.dcemulation.com has the guides and everything. I know this is a vcd forum, but if we can play divx as well as vcds on a player then I figure we should discuss it. The controller has a pause button and ff/rw. I just got doen downloading Predator 2 and watching it on the dreamcast, great quality. There might never be a legal standalone DVD-Divx player. The dremacast plays VCD's and DIVX and it cost less than a APEX. Think about it. I have a feeling Dreamcasts are going to be a hot commodity on E-Bay when people starting learning about this.

  2. *yawn*

40 bucks for a dead system, with MPEG playback via software NOT REAL VCD'S, and oh my DiVCracp, I mean Divx

    *yawn*

Did a check on Ebay and people are practically giving this sytem away, one guy charged only a penny and shipping cost for his player and he had a good seller rating at that.

  3. Bad day at school? It must have been, to search for and find a month-old post and insult the poster for no obvious reason. May tomorrow be better.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  4. divx playback sucks, you have to conform the audio and video to crappy levels.. vcd playback sucks, its all choppy.. but aside from that, $40 is a good price for a dreamcast. aslong as you get one manufactured before november of 2000.. there are tons of games to be downloaded, very nice emulators.. and no modchip required..
